Requesting a return
Sign in, open the delivered order, and select Request return. Choose the items, quantities, reason, and available return shipping method. Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.
Condition and refund
Returned products should be complete and in the condition required by the applicable offer and law. After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or another agreed method.
